I Miss The Old Jewelry Blogging Community!

I'm not on Facebook, use Instagram only because I'm basically forced to do so, and truly miss the old jewelry blogging community that existed a decade ago.  None of the other forms of social media can hold a candle to the connections we used to make and the friendships that formed.  Is there anyone out there still reading this blog?  Is there even a point in posting?

A Few New Items For Halloween & Day of the Dead/All Saints' Day

 

Sugar skull pendant is made with PMC3 fine silver clay and Hessonite garnet CZs.  The chain is sterling silver rosary wrapped Czech glass beads in the front and sterling silver chain at the back with a hand made fish hook clasp.  Current length is 22" but can be adjusted as desired.

Sugar skull earrings are made with PMC3 fine silver clay and have Argentium sterling silver jump rings and ear wires.  The Miyuki Delica brick stitch Jack-O-Lantern earrings are very lightweight and you have a choice of purple anodized titanium ear wires or handmade 14k gold-filled ear wires.

Peyote and Herringbone Stitch 3D Earrings

 

These 3D Hexagon Earrings were made with Miyuki Delica beads in purple & orange and accented with Siam ruby rivoli, and titanium ear wires which were anodized to match.  

3D pointed ovals were made with Miyuki Delica beads in light gray, teal, & navy and were accented with teal rivoli, and handmade niobium ear wires which were anodized to match.

Heads up Mobile & New Orleans ladies:  These are definitely suitable to coordinate with a Carnival ball gown!  It's never too soon to plan for next year's carnival season.

Getting La Guild Stocked For Halloween & All Saints Day

 

Twenty unique pairs of sugar skull earrings are going out in tomorrow's mail to La Guild in New Orleans.  Stocked and ready for Halloween & All Saints Day!
